Refund policy

Bahrain:
Customers with a valid receipt can receive a CREDIT NOTE or EXCHANGE if the item is unused, undamaged, and returned within 7 days of purchase.
A full REFUND will be provided if the item is defective, malfunctioning, or doesn't meet legal specifications or the agreed purpose.

Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, & UAE:
No REFUND or EXCHANGE, unless the item is defective, malfunctioning, or doesn't meet legal specifications or the agreed purpose. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
